When you play
NetLink, you are a computer network administrator. Unfortunately
someone has scrambled your network and it your task to repair all the
links between the network server and the satellite terminals.
One tile contains the network server. All the other tiles contain
either a link, or a terminal. Disconnected links are gray, disconnected
terminals are dark. As links are re-established, they turn red.
Reconnected terminals light up.
You repair the links by rotating individual tiles using the mouse. The
more economical you are in fully repairing your network, the more
points you score. If you succeed in less moves than the target number
of moves, you get a positive score. If you take more moves than the
target to fully re-establish the connections, you get a negative score. |
